
Aoife Holohan
Aoife Holohan is a writer, editor and teacher from Co.Mayo. She completed her interdisciplinary BA at Utrecht University in the Netherlands. Her primary field of study was stylistics, an area of applied linguistics which combines linguistic analysis with literary criticism. She has presented her work at conferences and seminars across Europe. Her MA in creative writing is from the University of Limerick.

Dougal Thomson
Dougal is a Playwright and Educator from Aberdeen, Scotland. Now based in Edinburgh he works writing and producing numerous shows with his company, Simply Surreal. In addition, Dougal lectures in writing for numerous mediums at Queen Margaret University.

Eleanor McAdam
Eleanor McAdam is a Creative Writing PhD student at the University of Liverpool, researching AI, embodiment and reproductive technologies in science fiction literature. They have a Creative Writing MA from the University of Manchester, and BA(Hons) from Bath Spa University. They won the Language Evolves Competition (2023); the winning story was published in Interzone Issue 302. They won the Liverpool Literary Festival competition 2024, speaking at the event; subsequently judge and co-host in 2025. They are an organiser for the CRSF conference, and have also spoken on the Ancillary Review Podcast. They teach at the University of Liverpool (AFHEA).

Dr Luke Malone
Dr Luke Malone is a freelance filmmaker and video editor who has worked on various community film projects, professional shoots, and indie documentaries. He has also published research papers in several academic journals and presented his work at conferences including the Irish Screen Studies Seminar and IASIL. His published research includes explorations of narrative theory, the depiction of women in modern media, and otherness in cinema. His thesis focused on how modern cinema engages with and adapts mythology, reworking ancient stories for contemporary audiences and using myth to explore ideas that still resonate today.

Dr Lauren McLean
Lauren is an award-winning poet, experimental musician and Creative Writing lecturer from Manchester. Lauren graduated from Keele University with a PhD in Creative Writing with English funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council. The AHRC is a prestigious funding agency supporting research excellence and innovation for postgraduate Doctoral study in the field of Arts and Humanities, UK. She graduated from Keele University with a Masters in Creative Writing. Lauren's Master's research was awarded The Roy Fisher prize for Poetry. Her next collection of poems is due to be published by Confingo Press. Her last two albums received critical acclaim from The Wire, Sun13 and The Quietus.
Mattia Micucci
Matt Micucci is a writer, arts journalist, and multimedia content specialist with an academic background in film, digital media, and marketing. The former Online Editor of JAZZIZ Magazine and Head of Multimedia at The Film Verdict, over the years, he has interviewed several artists and collaborated with numerous publications. A mainstay on the international film and music festival scene, Matt has also hosted cultural events and workshops, and served as a consultant on film productions and art projects.

Roberta
With over thirty years in education, Dr Roberta Nolan is a distinguished scholar and educator recognised for her interdisciplinary expertise and critically engaged pedagogy. As an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Brooklyn College, CUNY, she developed curricula that fostered rigorous intellectual inquiry. She holds advanced degrees in education, philosophy, and international relations, as well as a certificate in higher education from Harvard University’s Bok Program. Dr. Nolan has also written prologues and epilogues for staged plays, created narratives and dialogue for performance art in New York City, and presented academic conference papers that are now published.

Stephen McAteer
Stephen McAteer is a BAFTA winning writer, producer and show runner known for Casualty (1986), Byker Grove (1989), where he was series producer and show runner on 2 series, and Father Brown (2013). Stephen wrote the 2022 Rose D'Or winning Casualty episode Wednesday's Child, co-written with Hilary Frankland, and the BAFTA and Royal Television Society Award Casualty episode The Thin Green Line. Stephen has also created and developed drama series for ITV, Gaumont, Red Arrow Studios, Mad Rabbit and AMC.
